Disclaimer:
- Classes not meeting the minimum required number of registrants will be cancelled.
- Training will be provided at no cost to the registrant until the state of Iowa UST Board reaches its $250,000 statutory annual fiscal limit.
- Training registrants must be considered level A or B operators at Iowa sites to receive the training at no cost.
- Note: The training reimbursement contract from the Iowa UST Board expired December 31, 2011. It is unclear if training reimbursement contracts will be renewed. Call for more information.
Class Cancellation Policy:
- Registrations cancelled within 10 days prior to a scheduled class, including no shows, will be assessed a cancellation fee of $80.
- Classes cancelled for inclement weather will be rescheduled.
- Class registrants will be notified of the new date within five (5) business days.
- Classes cancelled for not meeting the minimum participation levels will be cancelled four (4) business days prior to the scheduled class date.
